The skeleton of the remote was made with harder plastic to resist any kind accidents. The idea of this remote control is to give the consumer the control over all the things available on tv. I think is was a great idea to have red, green, blue and yellow on the remote. The colors stand out from the rest of the buttons because of their color. The sizes of the buttons are perfect, they have fined white color number which make the design look elegant. The actual size of the remote helps the design to communicate that the remote is sharp, tall and have many interesting fun things to offer. Coffee Cup

This medium size coffee cup from Mc Donald's has become very popular for its effective design and its useful purpose. This cup has a very firm and elegant look, which makes it one of the best designs from the fast food restaurants. Its main purpose is to hold hot coffee, but also to promote or show the name of the restaurant. The designer did a great job by using hard thick paper material to make this cup. This cup is thick enough that it does not even need an extra piece of cardboard to protect our hands from burning. The lid is also made of thick plastic material, its has an opening designed perfectly. It  allows us to drink  coffee without pouring a lot.  The typeface used in the design really works great with the dark brown color shape, and that shape fits perfectly on top of the bright yellow color background. This cup does not have a lot of info or details included for that reason it is a successful and  effective cup design. The cup only contains the word "Mc Cafe" and the little m logo. It communicates its main visually message. The message of the word Mc Cafe. By looking and studying this cup, we can say that it looks sharp, firm and friendly. All people would like to hold this coffee cup because it demonstrates a very elegant and smooth surface. You can take it everywhere and your coffee will always be warn and will maintained a delicious taste.

The concept behind these tables with yellow umbrellas is to offer shade to people, but also to offer a stable place where people can use it to eat and work on their laptops. Many of these tables are installed in universities and public schools. Students and teacher use these tables more frequently because this table are very firm and won’t move when the wind blows hard. The majority of these tables are intended for students, and faculty members because institutions are aware that students need a space where they can rest and finish up homework. These tables are effective by providing a secure space against the wind, sun, and rain. The metal umbrella make it strong. The materials used to built these tables where chosen carefully because many fabrics or plastic materials are weak against rain and sun. These specific tables have not changed since their first production because the design really worked. We can translate its meaning by saying that these tables are so strong that they can not be destroy easily. The yellow umbrella is very bright; this calls everyone’ attention. The design its great because it uses thin lines, and the four sits included make it look confortable. The circular white table shape makes it look stylish and sharp also. The sits have a smooth “L” shape that is part of the design. The yellow color give the umbrella and the sits a shiny and clean look.  The designer made a great project because he used the colors of the school where these tables are situated. I think that it was a great idea to have included six sits. From my perspective I think that this table design really works for that fact that it is well built and also it was situated on green color floor. This makes the whole design stand out. It is actually visible from a large distance. It creates a friendly and interacting environment.

                EFFECTIVE RECYCLING BINS

These recycling containers make a tremendous positive impact in our local schools and universities for the fact that they help maintain a clean environment and they nicely function to recycle aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, and paper.

The idea is a well thought design; the intention is to make everyone want to deposit a recycling bottle inside of the circular openings. This design is effective because it holds four different categories of recycling items. The designer of this bin made a great job because he included straight and firm lines in its design.

      The container looks firm and strong because of the parallel pieces of wood included in it. The straight pieces of wood attached to the body of the bin give it a look and feeling of nature or comfort. Straight lines give a feeling of sharpness and elegance. The designer elevated the top part of the bin where the holes are located to make it easy for everyone to put cans inside of it. He used the color blue in the different name categories because blue is welcoming, pleasant to see and because it can easily be read. Blue can also be referred or have a relationship with the word cycling. If we pay attention to the color of the trash bins in our neighborhoods we can see that the whole bin is blue.

Another idea that the designer of this recycling container included was a pad lock. It is lock, so it won’t let the trash come out. The design it’s neat and clean. It does not occupy so much space and its very stable, all of these details make a great design.

This product contains an excellent and simple designed logo that makes it successful and effective in terms of being attractive.  The main purpose of design logos is to communicate an idea, attract people by its “good design” (well thought designs), make a brand name unique, and finally sell that product. Many designed brand names like Glade stand out from the rest of other products because its typeface identifies and communicates what is contained inside the spray can.  When we think about air and movement our mind automatically thinks in thin light shapes that are flexible. We think about freshness and light colors like the color of the sky or the color of the ocean.  That’s exactly what we see in the Glade logo. 
          
      The color and the size of all txt really matter, even the position of a word. For instance, the graphic designer of this product did not need to make the word “spray” in large because we already know that it is a spray can. When we first see the product our eyes directs immediately to the Glade logo and then to the word (Clean Linen). To communicate the message or this idea, the designer highlighted the two words with a blue background.   We see a smooth g,l,a,d,e which perfectly goes parallel with the rest of the design.

Shoe designers have introduced an enormous pairs of shoes since the creation of the first one, luckyly a brand that has ever excel in shoe design and has always been at the top is the well know brand NIKE. Take a  look at this sport nike shoes and see, experience, feel the confort and hot style.This running sport tennis shoe from Nike marks a new design of sport running shoe. The amazing and vibrant color makes it look  cool and light. The design succeeded for the fact that the designers used a very light thin material to create this shoes. It is super light that when you wear it.

This efficient urinal has a very unique and effective design because it contains a sensor that prevents the waste of water per flush. It’s efficient because it only uses 0.13gallons per flush and it does it automatically. This was an excellent idea because now this urinal design saves a great a mount of water and most importantly it save us money. Previous designs made a few years back did not have any technology integrated on them and were ineffective.  With this new urinal design you will not need to push a button or pull a handle, it will function automatically. The urinal design works great, its sensitive sensor quickly flushes the dirty water, leaving it clean for its next use.  I believe it was mainly designed to maintain an orderly pattern inside of public restrooms interior.  It looks neat and sanitize. The designer of this urinal made a great product because its metal feature gives it a sharp look. The upper part of the urinal combines with its lower part and makes a perfect design.  The material or stone used for making it really works because it looks shiny and it is easy to clean for the fact that it has a smooth surface. Many designers use this type of material for restrooms and sometimes in bathrooms. Its opening where the urine is deposited is well measured; it is not too wide or narrow. The height its perfect because even kids can use it. The rounded opening where the wastewater goes is small, and it never leaves bad odors. Its vertical body makes it look neat, sharp and most importantly clean.
